When DCW restarted, many thought that X13 would be a faction to reckoned
with. But it didn't take long for things to fall apart. On DCW's second
show, Both the #1 Stunners (Dominion and Triple X) and the Divine Powers
(D.J. and the Saint) were scheduled to be part of a four team elimination
match for the tag titles against the Lost Boyz and Your Hero and a mystery
partner. The Divine Powers never made it to the match. During the match,
Triple X turned on Dominion and revealed himself as Hero's partner,
forming the Outlawz and joining the Cowboyz From Hell. Neither Dominion
nor the Divine Powers have been seen since.
Hurricane would go on to win the vacant DCW World Title. During the
match, Pimp Master P, shortly after becoming commissioner, turned on
Hurricane, and also joined the Cowboyz From Hell. Pimp Master P's
bodyguard, Snipe, went with him. After winning the World Title, Hurricane
gave it up and said he was joining the Air Force. It has been reported
that D.J. has also joined the Air Force. What X13 could have been had they
stayed together will never be known.
Shortly after joining the Cowboys From Hell, Snipe was kicked out.
Dominion made his return after a 5 month absence. Om January 20, 2002,
Dominion made a shocking announcement. He revealed that he and the
Executive are one and the same. He said X13 is back and they are taking
things over. X13 continues to grow stronger. Now, instead of asking, 'Is
X13 back?', the new question is 'Will DCW ever be the same?'
